I’ve never seen this thread before, too bad ‘cause I guess I’m too late.
But implementing a CDX1244 in staggered mode is very interesting.
I had the opportunity to put my hands on a Sony 337ESD which was using a CDX1144 and two TDA1541A in staggered mode too. As far as I remember, this combination reached the linearity of a single TDA1541AS1 (crowned version). But I’d need to pull out my measurements of the time to double check, or run them again. The improvement in out of band noise attenuation was at the large advantage of the CDX1144 running at 8xOS, though.

I might be asking in vain, but do you think that this staggered principle is what Wadia used at the time to create 32x OS filters to feed 8x only compatible DACs of the time?

What is the reference of your "OPAMPS" ?

Looking at the DATASHEETS of these we can determine if these voltages are suitable.

("usually" 36V with a single power "rail" or 18V - 0 - 18V with one rail positif.et one negative, i.e. 18V per rail, you have ~16V -> your case).

Hi, i add a 2 k pot between the ref of the tl431 (of the +15v) and the 1.8k that go to -grownd, now the +15v and -15v are adjustable.problem solved.

About the work with ×2 tda1541,the circuit print covers entirely
the saa7220, does it put it in risk of over heat ?

No, there is no risk of overheating with the SAA7220 since it is not DOES NOT HEAT  

On other pictures earlier in my post, I had put small heatsinks but it was just to look pretty

Hi, Photos of my devaice.
I dont know why,but my saa7220 heat very much,more then the tda1541. ??
The substitute L7220tr that came original with the devaice dont heat at all.
